Why is my device frozen or stuck on processing?
To ensure smooth processing of transactions, it's important to wait for the device to prompt you before removing your EMV chip card from the smart terminal. Early removal may cause the customer-facing display to crash, requiring a device restart.
In case the customer-facing screen gets stuck on "processing", starting a new sale should prompt the screen to update with the new sale information. If the screen doesn't update, consider force stopping your equipment.
To maintain device stability and performance over time, it's recommended to keep your smart terminal on and avoid powering it on/off unnecessarily.
