How to accept payments in the virtual terminal on Payments hub?
- To begin a transaction, start by clicking on the virtual terminal icon located on the left side of your main dashboard.
- Enter the transaction amount and any optional notes.
- Before selecting the itemized sale option to sell items from your inventory.
- Next, include your customer's information, along with their contact details for an optional email or text receipt.
- Key in their credit card information, and for added protection against potential disputes, it's best to enter the billing street number and zip code.
- Finally, click on the process payment button to complete the transaction.
