How do I pair my Heartland card reader?
- Access the settings in your point-of-sale, click on the settings link in the left menu.
- Under payment devices tap pair an eConduit terminal. You may be prompted to confirm your contact information during this process.
- Once you reach the device pairing stage, you will need to enter the device's serial number, which can be found on the back of the device.
- Your point-of-sale will then ask you to confirm a test transaction on the terminal. If you see the transaction displayed on the terminal, simply click the "Yes" button. Don't forget to cancel the transaction on the device by pressing the physical red button.
- Once your terminal is successfully connected, you will receive an alert on your screen confirming that the device is connected.

Heartland InfoCentral is a reporting tool that provides round-the-clock access to your merchant transaction activities.
Can I easily access Heartland InfoCentral from my POS System?
Access InfoCentral through my account, choose the reports link on your POS.
How do I reset my Heartland InfoCentral Password?
Visit their password reset page and enter your account email. You will get an email with instructions to reset your password.
