What do I do if my card reader isn't responding?
If you’re experiencing technical difficulties with your card reader, you can try performing a reset to resolve the issue
In order to do this, locate the reset button at the bottom of your device. It will be a small hole labeled "reset" that you need to press with a paperclip. Insert the paperclip into the hole, or press the button with the paperclip to initiate the reset.
This will restart your device and clear any temporary issues that may have been causing problems.
