How long does it take for my funds to be deposited?

Your deposit timing depends on two factors:

1. Which payment processor you’re using – EPX or Global Payments

2. Your selected funding option – Standard, Next-day, or Same-day funding

EPX funding schedule

Same-day funding

• Transactions must be settled by 10:30 AM ET (except on weekends)

• Funds are typically available by 5:00 PM ET the same day (except on weekends)

• Auto-batch recommendation: If not manually batching, set auto-batch for 10:00 AM ET to meet the cutoff

• Limit: Maximum of $50,000 per day for same-day funding

Next-day funding

• Transactions must be settled by 10:00 PM ET to receive funds the next business day

• Weekend transactions (Saturday–Sunday) will be deposited on Monday

Global Payments funding schedule

Next-day funding

• Transactions must be settled by 5:00 PM ET

• Deposit timing:

  • ACH Time: 10:00 PM ET on the transaction day

  • Funds Available: Next business day for MC/Visa/Discover/Amex FA
  • Amex & Discover Retained / PIN Debit / EBT: May take longer depending on the bank’s schedule

• Weekend transactions (Saturday–Sunday) will be deposited on Monday

Standard funding

• Transactions must be settled by 1:00 AM ET

• Deposits typically arrive within two business days after batch settlement

• Deposit timing:

  • ACH Processing: 4:00 PM ET the next business day

  • Funds Available: Varies by transaction type:

    • MC/Visa/Discover/Amex FA: Arrive the next business day

    • Amex & Discover Retained / PIN Debit / EBT: May take longer (up to two business days)
