How do I void a transaction on Payments Hub virtual terminal?

To cancel a completed sale before payment processing, you can use the void option. It's best to void the sale on the same day before your account batches out at 10 p.m. ET. However, if the sale is timestamped after 10 p.m., you can still void it before 10 p.m. ET the following day.

Here's how to void a transaction:
