How do I sync my transactions from Paynanywhere to QuickBooks?

If you use a Payanywhere terminal/device, you can easily connect your payments to QuickBooks through Chargezoom which will handle all of your transaction reconciliation in a matter of seconds

What is Chargezoom? 

Chargezoom is a user-friendly, single platform for managing your electronic payments and recurring billing. It syncs with the accounting package that you’re already using (such as QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, FreshBooks, Xero, etc.) to provide automation for tasks that don’t require human interaction.

How it works:

  1. Payanywhere merchants connect to Chargezoom through the Integrations tab of Payments Hub.
  2. In Business SettingsIntegrations, click Learn more on the Chargezoom box.
  3. The Chargezoom panel pulls up to provide the plans available with Chargezoom.
    1. Basic sync
    2. Advanced sync
  4. Select a plan type by clicking Activate Now.
  5. Chargezoom sends an email to complete account activation.
  6. Once the merchant is set up with Chargezoom, they can do work in QuickBooks.
  7. Alternatively, click Visit Chargezoom to get more information about the product
