How do I refund a purchase in Payments Hub?

Transactions can easily refunded in the transactions section of your Payments Hub.

When a transaction has been completed and payment has been processed, refunds are a way to credit back funds to the cardholder's bank account. Keep in mind that the refund amount cannot exceed the total transaction amount and must be greater than $0.00.

To initiate a refund:

  1. Go to transactions.
  2. Search and select the transaction that requires a refund.
  3. Click refund transaction.
  4. If you are returning entire item costs, select the item counters to indicate how many of the items are being returned.
  5. If the total needs further adjustment for any reason, enter it in the “additional custom amount” field.
  6. Click refund to complete the process.
