How do I manage my inventory with Payments Hub?

Managing inventory has never been simpler with the Payments Hub, accessible on your phone, mobile device, or smart terminal.

Accessing and editing your inventory

1. Access your inventory through the navigation menu.
2. Tap edit mode.
3. Use the header to switch from items, categories, modifiers, and discounts.
4. Hit close when you’re done adding or editing your inventory.

Adding and editing categories

1. Group your items in categories that can be organized by both color and name.
2. Tap categories and then the + symbol to add a category.
3. Add an item to your favorites group by tapping on the heart icon next to the item while in the edit item view.

Adding and editing items

1. Tap Item and the + symbol to add an item.
2. Enter a product name, photo, price, and select if the item is taxable or not. When adding an item, you can add modifiers and multiple prices to a single item listing.
3. Add the product to a category if you have categories set up.
4. Tap save.
5. Start tracking the stock of an item by tapping manage stock to enter the quantity you have on hand.

Cart level discounts

1. Tap discount and the + symbol to create a discount.
2. Specify a dollar amount or percentage, name the discount, and attach a color for identification. Discounts are created just like you would an item. These discounts will apply to all items in the cart.

Managing stock

1. Select an item and click on manage stock.
2. Enter the quantity you have to start tracking items.
3. You will see an alert "!" on top of the item image when you have low stock. You are able to set the number you want to use for low-stock alerts. You can sell items with 0 stock if you are an admin.

Scanning barcodes

Tap the barcode icon on the new sale screen to activate your camera and scan an item. Recognized items will be automatically added to the cart, but unrecognized items can be added to your inventory.
