Connecting to QuickBooks
You can easily integrate QuickBooks with Payanywhere for streamlined financial management. To connect Payanywhere to QuickBooks, follow the steps below
To connect QuickBooks (Payanywhere only):
- Head to Integrations under Business Settings.
- Click the Connect button next to Intuit QuickBooks Online.
- Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Follow the prompts provided to sync your Payanywhere transactions to your Intuit QuickBooks Online account.
- It will take 24 hours for your Payanywhere data to sync with QuickBooks. Historical transaction data (prior to syncing your accounts) will not be included in QuickBooks.
- For all transactions, a QuickBooks invoice and payment is created.
- For all voids, the QuickBooks invoice and payment is updated to void.
- When a transaction is refunded, a receipt is created in QuickBooks.
- The receipt does not include transaction specifics, just the total amount.
If you need to disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time, head back to the Integrations page and click the Disconnect option listed under QuickBooks.
Note: You will be prompted to access QuickBooks when your credentials have expired, you need to log in again, or your subscription needs to be renewed.
