How do I connect my Smart Terminal to Wi-Fi?
Follow these simple steps, you can ensure that your terminal has a stable and reliable connection internet connection
- Tap on the settings icon visible from the terminal's home screen.
- Toggle on Wi-Fi, then tap Wi-Fi to view a list of available networks.
- Select your desired network, enter the password and tap connect. If it's not connecting, go back to the network options, choose the "forget network" option, and try connecting again using the correct password.
- If you cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network, your terminal is equipped with 4G cellular connectivity. Tap the settings app icon from the terminal's home screen. Scroll down and select “cellular network/data.” Toggle on “cellular data” to enable the 4G network. Not all devices come with a SIM card. This needs to be requested beforehand.
- You should then see connected in the list of available networks.
- Tap the circle icon at the bottom of the screen to return to the terminal's home screen.
Tip: For best connectivity, use your internet service provider rather than a mobile hotspot.
