How do I change the paper roll on my Smart Keypad?
- Flip the printer panel located at the top of the Smart Keypad (identified by the NFC contactless logo) and pull forward to open the printer.
- Insert the paper with the roll feeding from the back, and ejecting out at the top of the terminal.
- Make note that the receipt paper size is 2.25"
To avoid any last-minute panic, keep a spare roll of paper nearby. If you need to purchase additional paper, you can find it in the Payments Hub under shop hardware.
