      How do I change the paper roll in my Smart POS+?

      1. Press the print release button located at the top left of the device and open the printer.
      2. Insert the paper roll with the paper pulling from the back and out the top of the terminal.
      3. Pull about 2" of paper out and close the lid until it snaps into place.
        1. Receipt paper size for the Smart POS+ is 3 1/8"

      To avoid any last-minute panic, keep a spare roll of paper nearby. If you need to purchase additional paper, you can find it in Payments Hub under Shop Hardware.
