My card reader keeps losing connection to my device

  1. Press the power on button to turn the card reader on again.
  2. The card reader will automatically reconnect with your smartphone or tablet.
  3. If the card reader is at a lower battery level, please use the USB cable to charge it.
  4. Ensure the card reader is within the reception range to your smartphone or tablet.
