Why is my First Data terminal not turning on?

If your device is not turning on or the screen isn't lighting up try the following steps

  1. Unplug power, wait for 30 seconds and then reconnect
  2. Check all cables are firmly connected or battery pack is firmly in place
  3. Check internet or phone line is working
