Here are the quick steps to reversing a transaction on your Ingenico terminal

  1. Press “4” on the keypad.
  2. Enter the transaction number, invoice number, reference, or approval code of the transaction you would like to reverse.
  3. Press “select” if correct.
  4. Your terminal will confirm the amount to reverse.
  5. Select "yes" to confirm.
