How do I change the paper roll on my Smart Keypad?

  1. Flip the printer panel located at the top of the  Smart Keypad (identified by the NFC contactless logo) and pull forward to open the printer.
  2. Insert the paper with the roll feeding from the back, and ejecting out at the top of the terminal.
  3. Make note that the receipt paper size is 2.25"

To avoid any last-minute panic, keep a spare roll of paper nearby. If you need to purchase additional paper, you can find it in the Payments Hub under shop hardware.
