How do I change the paper roll on my Smart Flex terminal?

Follow these quick steps to change the paper roll on your Smart Flex terminal for the first time

  1. Pull down on the red release lever on the left side of the terminal and open the printer.
  2. Insert the paper roll with the paper pulling from the back and out the top of the terminal.
  3. Pull about 2" of paper out and close the lid until it snaps into place.

To avoid any last-minute panic, keep a spare roll of paper nearby. If you need to purchase additional paper, you can find it in Payments Hub under Shop Hardware.
