My card reader keeps losing connection to my device
- Press the power on button to turn the card reader on again.
- The card reader will automatically reconnect with your smartphone or tablet.
- If the card reader is at a lower battery level, please use the USB cable to charge it.
- Ensure the card reader is within the reception range to your smartphone or tablet.
