Card reader cannot read cards successfully
- Ensure your phone/tablet is a supported model for the card reader's operation.
- If the card reader's battery is low, connect it to a power source using the USB cable to recharge it before trying again.
- To turn on the card reader, press the power button. Once it's on, the card reader will automatically reconnect with your smartphone or tablet.
- Ensure the card reader or smartphone/tablet is within the reception range.
- Check that the card slot is free of debris.
- Check if the magstripe or chip of the card is facing the right direction when swiping or inserting the card.
- Swipe or insert the card with a more constant speed.
