If it’s time to return your old equipment follow this quick guide
Ensuring a timely return of your equipment means that there will be no fees applied to your account.
Step 1: Prepare your package(s)
Different equipment must be returned to different locations.
Find your equipment below, and prepare a separate box for each mailing address that applies to your product(s).
For Payanywhere or First Data equipment, mail to: |

Step 2: Indicate your RMA #
In order to properly track your return, it’s important to write the RMA #(s) associated with your equipment on two or more sides of the box as well as on a slip of paper inside the box.

Step 3: Mail package(s) and keep the tracking number handy
Once you’ve put each piece of equipment into the appropriately labeled box, you’re ready to go! After shipping your equipment, be sure to keep the tracking number in a safe place for future reference.
